  16. So, you want a standardised method of reading, writing and displaying chunky
  17. data in your Amiga application?  Not too hot on the idea of using RTGMaster
  18. or "rolling your own" methods?  Don't care for system hacks?  In that case,
  19. you've downloaded the right thing!

  21. This SHARED library for your compiler will handle everything to do with
  22. <=256 colour chunky pictures.  Features:

  24. * Shared library (can be used in any language now)
  25. * Transparent support for AGA/CGFX
  26. * High-level and low-level commands available
  27. * Draw from one chunky buffer to another
  28. * Uses RastPort's instead of BitMap's
  29. * Simple transparacy option
  30. * Text support (draw Amiga bitmap fonts onto chunky buffers)
  31. * Features most of the basic graphics.library calls but works with chunky
  32.   buffers
  33. * All written in ANSI C (although AGA c2p/p2c stuff isn't)
